Practical training is a modern way to get introduced into work life.

2. Make an agreement to meet with the practical training provider, there you are instructed to the work assignments, working times and starting date.
The employer fills the contract which you get from Lity or the Employment Agency. Both parts sign the contract.
3. Take the contract to the Employment Agency’s practice unit to be accepted. After this, you may start the practise.
Working hours and finance
- Practical training is meant to be fulltime work, following the training place’s working hours. Recommendation is 6-8 hours per day.
- You are paid labour market subsidy or employment benefit from training days.

Reference
Ask the reference from the signer of your training contract or the person in charge. In sport club training you get reference from Lity.
Intern's responsibilities
Trainee is supposed to act well and according to normal behaviour regulations. Inform the training place in case of changes immediately and follow the training place's shared rules (e.g. working hours, clothing).
You need to make an agreement with the employer of possible absences. In cases of illness get a medical certificate to prevent the cutting of benefits.
If changes occur in your training, it ends, is cut or you would wish to change the place, contact Lity's office and inform your future plans.
