Lahden Liikunnalla Työhön ry (Lity) is founded 1996. Work’s main goal is to improve youngsters’ employment situation in Lahti. The association promotes actions in Lahti that improve youngsters employment possibilities; offers 17-25-years-old experiences from work life through practical training, activates and supports to get permanent employment relationship, promotes youngsters’ motive education in the association’s area of operation.
Lity functions especially for the youngsters under 25 years and unemployed but also adult and long-term unemployed are welcomed to the work. For long-term unemployed workers Lity wants to offer meaningful and useful work, maintenance of already learned skills.
Lity functions in cooperation with sport clubs and other organizations and also organizes events.
